	Private Meeting for LCA Consultants was held on Wednesday 18th November 2008 at The King's Fund At this meeting attended by 45 consultants there were presentations about the latest changes in private medical insurance, the Health Insurance Counter Fraud Group (HICFG), the implications for gynaecologists of AXA PPP’s latest drive on infertility treatment and some of the new fee schedules produced by PPP.
